Great service! 10 out of 10. 5 star rating. Called Wooten Plumbing on July 2nd at 9:15pm. Had a kitchen sink that wasn't working, and we were hopeful to have it fixed by July 4th. Several companies were unavailable til after the holidays, but Amber (@Wooten) was able to squeeze us in. Zach and Chase (@Wooten) arrived the next morning and fixed the issue in no time. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
