Carl completed a job for half what we were quoted by a larger company. He was professional explained each item that was causing our issues and even gave us tips to prevent future issues. Due to the cost of the job Carl even went as far as to compete the job with have the payment down and and arrangement for the rest. I can't recommend strongly enough what great work he did at a fair price. If I am ever in need of ac/heating repair he would be my only call.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
