Called them this morning hoping for some help and they told me probably this afternoon, but called back and sent them this morning. Brian and Jesus were so professional and actually got the issue fixed. Now I can do laundry and dishes. Thank you Brian and Jesus!

Kevin with Hendrick was able to come out same day to look at and repair a punctured water pipe in our wall. Not only were they responsive, Kevin was knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed our problem quickly for a fair price and even called a restoration company and had them out same day as well. We will definitely use this company again for plumbing work!!!

These guys were really easy to work with. High quality service and response time was very quick.
They installed tankless hot water heater for us.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
