we had a plumbing leak in our bedroom and it was difficult to diagnose where the problem was coming from. Bryon and Teddy worked diligently to find the problem. They were able to fix the problem with minimal invasion to the house structure. Of course this happened over the new year holiday/weekend but they were willing to work overtime to get it repaired for us. I would recommend them to anyone. they were courteous and very professional. Will definately call on them again.

Since I can't add multiple reviews I'll just keep adding on to this one Scroll down for the latest:
7/7/14: I called at 8 AM Monday morning and they had Ryan Headrick out by 9:30. He quickly found the problem, provided me with a solution and gave me the exact cost up front before any work was done. Not only that, he showed me the problem on the part he replaced and it was exactly like he had thought.
Allied Plumbing also saved my parents from extremely painful ordeal when one plumber told them a line had burst and had to be replaced, in the middle of their living room, through the foundation. After they called Allied Plumbing they came out and were able to fix the clog in the pipe without tearing anything up.
If you need a plumber in Tulsa. Do yourself a favor and go with Allied Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.
Update 2/24/15: Today my disposal decided to not want to cooperate and my bathtub was coughing up bright orange water like everyones favorite family member that had one too many mimosas at brunch. Having had great service last time I decided to call Allied Plumbing again to make sure I got what I asked for. Tommy and Ryan came out today, again quickly diagnosed my problem. Gave me a price upfront before anything and then quickly got to work.
Before I knew it I had a new disposal and a bathtub that is once again spewing water instead of this mornings breakfast-lunch. Since it was easier than they were expecting they even cut a decent cost off the project.
Once again I had a great experience and know who I'll call at the first sign of trouble.

Michael was great. He was very patient and determined to get the job finished even when obstacles became obvious. I would recommend One-Way Plumbing and Michael to do a wonderful job.

Rich is a consummate professional and has done exceptional work for us two times, now. I really appreciate how he informs and educates the customer as to what is going on, what repairs he recommends, and what it would all entail. If we ever need future plumbing repairs, we will definitely be calling ALD and asking for Rich.

I'll give them a star for the correct installation of a bidet in my master bathroom but that's all. (backgrounda: this bidet installation is part of another bathroom renovation, where we bundled up some work and have the contractor include this bidet installation as part of the whole package). The date after finishing the installation of said bidet, we noticed scratches on the travertine floor, these are superficial scratches that if you're not looking directly at the floor you'll not notice them. After reporting these to the contractor, he asked me to report it directly to Custom Master Plumbing, which I did promptly. The supervisor, Gerardo, passed the message to the plumberĀ who gave me a call himself. The call went something like this... I didn't do it, I was wearing knee pads and all my toolboxes are made of plastic. Note: during the bidet installation the plumber was wearing knee pads and yes all their toolboxes were plastic, BUT they had tools directly on the floor and did not use any other protection over the travertine floor; they did use cardboard to protect the wood floor though. No explanation of how we use the bathroom seemed feasible to the plumber: we don't even wear shoes inside the house, we do not have any metallic objects in the bathroom area and most of the time we're either barefoot or wearing socks or slippers. Anyways the contractor then reported that Gerardo the supervisor fully trusts his guys and that Custom Master Plumbing would NOT take any responsibility for the scratches. In total, we have about seven (7) travertine tiles with scratches, all around the bidet and our contractor will try to get these scratches removed. With this kind of attitude towards responsibility, I do not recommend this company.
