I am thrilled with the service I have received today.I have also had a previous experience with Roto Rooter when a lawn mower broke our outdoor faucet and a water geyser ensued. They arrived within an hour and a half. Although the 60 year old plumbing and faucet was a challenge, the serviceman took great care with the aged plumbing and found a way to replace the faucet with hardware he had on board and charged very little for the call. Again the repair was completed in under an hour.I received excellent service in all respects on both calls. Highly recommend!
