I’ve used Roto Rooter a couple times now and they have been great both times. They can get you in the same day which is awesome if you need the plumbing fixed ASAP. The technicians they send are friendly helpful and do good work. I also like how they text and email you a picture of the technician who is coming with his name and how long he’s worked there, that way when he shows up you know he’s the guy you are looking for. I wish more home repair businesses did this

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
