Branden, Jody and Tyler installed our new HVAC system in the home we just purchased on 5 acres in July, 2018 during some really, really hot days. They were awesome and we enjoyed having them in our new home while they were here. They were very professional but friendly and kept us up to date on everything as it was happening as well as a joke or two along the way. Airco should acknowledge this team with praise and financial reward. They are superb!!!!

Harp accommodated my work schedule by calling and giving me time to meet them at my home for repair to my AC unit. The technician was very courteous and considerate. He introduced himself upon entering my home and slipped on booties each time he came inside. He also provided me with complete explanations of the issues with both of my AC units. He completed the repairs and discussed all costs up front. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Harp. I will utilize them again.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
