We have been customers for many years. We had a couple of issues with this installation but they were resolved by Roto-Rooter and we are happy with the results and quick response.

We had a massive sewer issue on our hands and ASAP underground came out and solved the problem in no time. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with our old clay mainline (which caused sewer back up), brought the crew out the next day and fixed our mainline. I cannot thank Grant and his crew enough for their outstanding job they did.
