We had an urgent plumbing issue (we couldn’t turn the water to our house on without a leak springing in my son’s bedroom wall). I called and spoke with Rick at 12:45 AM on a Sunday. One of his employees, Jason, arrived at our house the same day a little before 10:00 AM and repaired the leak. He was professional, quick and did an incredible job resolving our issue. Our water is on again and we are so thankful that we called Acts of Service Plumbing! We have finally found a plumber who we look forward to using in the future and who we will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

I personally know these guys they are great people and stand behind their work.

The folks answering the phone are wonderful. Nice to talk to a person vice a recorded message to press ##. J.D. came out to see why there was water leaking into our bedroom when we turned the outside faucet on. He had to cut a small hole in the drywall which he carefully calculated where he had to make the cut and he was dead on and found the leak and replace the faulty faucet. Outstanding and very professional technician. I have previously used Torch and would not use anyone but them.

Calling a plumber is like going to have a tooth pulled EXCEPT for calling Acts of Service! What a breath of fresh air!! I am so glad we found you guys! You will be our go to from now on! Thank you for your promptness, kindness and not ripping us off! God Bless AOS! :)

I can't say enough good about this company. I had a hot water main leak and had been through several different companies that either couldn't help me or would never contact me or show up when they said they would. Not only does this company show up exactly when they say they will, but they even call to confirm a day or two before. If they say they will be there, they will be there. Excellent communication via email and phone calls and the work they did was top notch. It could have been much worse to repair but they not only found the leak but repaired it without having to excessively tear up my home. The plumber was courteous and professional and I would use this company again in a second. If you have a need for leak detection, there is no company better in the state.

We had an issue with our main line, 2nd time in about a week. Original plumber didn't return call so we called these guys and I'm glad we did. Not only did they help fix the problem, they made it easy for us, came out pretty quickly, they are friendly and customer focus.And the guy who did the service, Issac, what a great guy. He put us at ease that he would fix the problem and he did so with fun and humor. Mike; the owner, has been out to our house a couple times. He fully explains each time what is needed to be done. He’s helpful and trustworthy. He’s helped with frozen pipes, pipe bust, water leak through our kitchen floor, subfloor, brick wall and out side patio cement. He’s helped me install my new dishwasher; while I was pregnant, so he even lifted it out of the back of my truck. I will be using them for everything!

GR Repair and Maintenance repaired a wooden fence for me that was in very bad shape. They also filled some holes along the edge of my roof. They were prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, and would not hesitate to hire them again for other work.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
