They were quick to help us, and did a great job.

The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, his quote for this job was 3 times higher then my other quote....when I informed him that his quote was not even in the ball park, he tried to charge me $99 for his outrageous quote.....I have Properties all over town...I have 2 plumbing jobs going on right now...I just can't afford to use your company at these prices....thanks for allowing me an opportunity to provide you with some constructive feedback, I hope this will help in the future

Not happy with service over the phone!!! Rude and prices changing to much over the phone. Doesn’t like to work with people in difficult situation. Will find someone else to work with. Not working with them at all!!!!!!!!!

My technician was on time, fast and knowledgeable. He had my drain unclogged, packed up and paid in twenty minutes. He was friendly and my animals loved him. A sure sign he was good people. ☺️ Plus my washer drain went south on a Saturday and Roto Rooter was available to fix it, fast. I would most definitely use their services again.

Daniel knew just what needed to be done and he got my outside faucet replaced quickly, this will really help in lowering my water bill each Month.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
