We had a serious clog and had been trying to get a plumber out here for three days! We called Wooten and they were here in less than an hour all the way from Tulsa to Cleveland. Dalson and Cody went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved at an extremely affordable price! I will use them for all my future needs.

Never a good time for toilet problems but glad to have found a good local plumber in Alameda. Thought my whole toilet might have to be replaced since its an older model with weird/non standard parts but Jon fixed the problem with a replacement part in a jiffy and saved me some time and money. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
