Mike; the owner, has been out to our house a couple times. He fully explains each time what is needed to be done. He’s helpful and trustworthy. He’s helped with frozen pipes, pipe bust, water leak through our kitchen floor, subfloor, brick wall and out side patio cement. He’s helped me install my new dishwasher; while I was pregnant, so he even lifted it out of the back of my truck. I will be using them for everything!

these guys came out on a Sunday when my AC went out...they were spot on and on point!

My husband and I have used One Way Plumbing for many years. They have always been prompt and professional. Most recently they replaced our water heater. They rearranged schedules to install it before the weekend and then came back out on Monday to answer a mystery question we had. They are the only plumbers we call. Highly recommend!

Had these guys come out and do a check-up on my furnace today. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything they were doing, even found an issue with how the drain was plumbed that would have caused me an issue down the road. My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

Bottom line on top: FLAWLESS.

I loathe five-star reviews. I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. There just wasn't anything at all to criticise. We called for a leaky toilet (not the first time and unlikely to be the last), so I expect standard plumber action: Grumble, shake their head, up-sell like a madman and leave a mess. Constantine was FLAWLESS. Quick, efficient, and even friendly. He was out before your average plumber would have gotten to the this is gonna cost ya grumbling. He fixed the toilet, actually *showed me with dye* that it was fixed right, and was out before I knew it. All that and nice, too? Amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Constantine and, by extension, AQUA.
