I'm giving Michael W Davis TEN stars!!!Michael was very professional, kind and honest in regard to our ac system.Michael went above and and beyond in his customer service.The unit was 23 years old and in my agreement it was time to replace.He took me through a step by step walk through on ALL he saw and documented to to show me the ac unit was dead.Job well done Michael!!!!THANK YOU SIR AND GOD BLESS YOU SIR!!!

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
