Our AC unit went out on a Friday and we called Rite Way and a salesperson came out that day to meet with us. Raul was very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with our old unit and that he could get a new unit out to us on Monday morning. He left us with a portable unit to help in the meantime. We received communication of the appointments and who would be showing up to install the unit. Dario was great with the installation and the unit we purchased works great!! I highly recommend Rite Way!!

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
