Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

Jorge and Robert came out to check my hot water heater. I was unable to get the pilot light to relight. They got it relit and we discussed why it had been shutting off. They diagnosed the problem and agreed to return by Friday (hopefully) or Monday at the latest to replace the deficient part. Both Jorge and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I'll update to let you know how the repair goes!

Cesar and Joe did an OUTSTANDING job yesterday with a pipe that blew out under ground beneath my unit and flooded the whole place. I was promised the job would be done before the night was over. Promises made promises kept! Cesar and Joe are both hardworking, professional, and friendly. Their work is EXCELLENT and I would recommend them any day of the week!
