Joe was prompt, on time, clear in his explanations and demonstration of our problems (two main line water leaks, and a running toilet), and the fixes he would enact. He got everything done essentially in just 2-3 hours, and we no longer have any problems. Also a nice friendly guy. I particularly appreciated Ram's ability to respond to our problem on short notice. They have fixed another issue for us in the past also and did a good job then too.

Their service and responsiveness was outstanding. We are selling a house long distance and had a leak that we needed fixed immediately. Alex came out within two hours, called me with an estimate, came back the next morning, did a great job exactly as described and sent me pictures when he was done.
