Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Scheduling a technician to come onsite was a breeze! So much easier than other companies. Had Gilbert come out to investigate what I thought was a leaky pipe, but he managed to save both my pockets and my ceiling for another day by exploring the actual cause and replaced my shower faucet and valve. I won’t consider anybody else next time something goes wrong, and I’d recommend Silverado to absolutely anybody. Respectful, timely, and speedy.

After we spotted a leak in our backyard we contacted several companies to replace our existing water line from the meter to the house. Derek answered the call and was at our house in 30 minutes. After a brief rundown of what the issue what was needed to replace the line he left to get supplies and was back within the hour. After bout an hour working. A new line was in and our water was on.
