Best Hydrojet in Tucson AZ

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!! What else can you ask for!?! Thanks guys; here come the referrals now!!!

Charlie was fantastic! He came out and looked at our plumbing issue that other plumbers spent 6 hours on and didn't correct. He had it taken care of in less than half that time, plus offered ideas to avoid future issues. Great customer service from Charlie and reception!

If I could rate zero stars I would. They repaired a leak outside and the following day it burst, forcing us to turn off the water. They claim to be 24/7 and yet refuse to answer their phone. When they do feel like answering they insist that a tech will follow up and come fix it. Yet here we are, now 24 hours later, still with no water and no one showing up. I am shocked at how horrible the service is. Going on day two of no water and we’ll see if they finally decide to show up. Absolutely ridiculous.

When we found a pipe that was leaking in our home I decided to call All Time Plumbing and Drains. They sent out Matthew Holmes, and he was wonderful and quick! He explained everything thoroughly, offering us an amazing price. Everything was super professional and would recommend to anyone needing some help!

Owner's response to China Phoenix's comment below was not honest.

1. Our company always requires a signature with the set amount of the job price before the job is started
----- That didn't happen -- no set amount of the estimate was given. Please see attached proof.

2. I understand your wife was at the job site and was given the written estimate and ....... The price charged for the job was the same amount on the written estimate.

----- Lie. No amount was provided in the written estimate. Please see attached proof. My wife shouldn't have signed without $ amount being provided . That's a lesson learned.

3. We value all of our customers and would like to resolve this experience that has you feeling unhappy with our service. You may contact our office and ask for any manager at any time, we are a 24/7 company.

---- Before I post this I did call back twice on Aug 9 and Aug 14 asking to talk to the owner to respond. Secretary said she would pass the number and message. But no one called me back.
