OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes cover so they will not bring dust into your home! I will definitely call this company again if there's any plumbing issue! Thanks Sergio and OTW team.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff. I had a broken filter for my irrigation and just by looking at a picture, he can tell you what he thinks and how he can fix it the right way and up to code. He does it the right way and guarantees his work. He also provides very detailed solutions so you can understand what you are going to get. Definitely worth the investment!
