Having a system break down during this time of year was very frustrating... however the quick response from your office & promptness of your technician Chris Hubbard who walked us thru the mechanical problem explaining all that needed to take place and the option we had; which was to replace the unit.

Day of replacing service was also a very smooth process... looking forward to a chilly nite.

Thank you to your Team , Chris & the other technicians who came to diagnose & replace.

Will highly recommend your company & team

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing Tucson Plumber
We called Goettl because we suspected a water leak due to a 300% increase in our water bill. Braden was sent out the following morning, was super thorough, very professional, and ultimately found quite quickly that our pool float valve was broken and causing the pool to auto-fill constantly. We have a membership with Goettl and are very happy with their service!

Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating Tucson Plumber
Please, if you have a choice, do not use this company! They are a complete rip-off! Part of my ac stopped working and they were the only ones who could come out that day, that is the good part. Technician troubleshot the problem to a bad ac electrical disconnect and a bad damper control. They wanted between $650-$1900 for the electrical disconnect and $1200 for the bad damper and suggested replacing the other damper (for another $1200) because it would probably fail too..ummm zero indication that it wasn’t working 100% correctly! So, they wanted $3,000 to replace 3 parts, one of which started working again before the technician left and one that hadn’t failed at all. They didn’t have the parts on hand (thankfully) and said they could replace the disconnect the next day. After a few minutes research on the internet found the electrical disconnect for $20 and the damper control for $150 (still high for a small motor but not $1200!). Literally took me 5 minutes to replace the damper control and haven’t even replaced the electrical disconnect because it has not failed again…been 2 weeks now. When and if it fails again it will get replaced. So, I spent less than $200 to fix!!! I cannot believe their out of this world prices!!! They assume no one can do their own research or has any hvac knowledge and prey on the fact that it’s hot out and people want it fixed as soon as possible. I would suggest going with another company that cannot possibly charge what Alaskan charges! And still do your own research or at least and get multiple quotes for repairs if you can. Just disgusted at their prices. Also, their service charge of $129 is much higher than most companies, find someone else for your hvac needs!
