I was lucky to find a package that better fit my budget and they could not compete enough for me to pass up what I had found so another company got the bid, but my limited experience with Fusion has been very positive.
After the replacement service call, the owner reached out the next day to follow up...no pushy sales agenda, just great person to person service. If you are considering Fusion, I would recommend giving them the opportunity to impress you.

I contacted this company about an issue with my travel trailer air conditioner and explained my situation. They sent a service technician who freely admitted that he did not have the skills required to resolve the issue and still charged me 06 dollars for the service call..

Adrian with Goettl was great. He helped drain our shower pipe and fixed our drain to the sink as well. Gave us some really great pointers for our drain and pipes for future.
