Justin replaced our garbage disposal and made some improvements to our under sink area. He was professional and personable and did a great job.

Great reputation, they do big jobs but my little job was too expensive for my budget. They failed to offer us an alternative solution that was more affordable. When a plumber came out to our home he offered a bid for $4300. No alternative bid for good, better or best. While he was here he did not notice a 3' pipe laying on the ground that he could have tied up with metal galvanized strapping with holes.That may have been a good option but not the Best he quoted us.Water was backing up in our toilets and showers 1-2x yearly probably due to the fact the drain pipe lost its strapping to the metal beam above and gravity & pressure was backing up the water. Instead the plumber wanted to do major excavating to relocate clean out,etc. That would have been a permanent fix at Best but to try tying up pipe may prove to be a good option for now if it works to stop the flooding in the toilets and showers. When I called the office dispatch promised to have supervisor call me back. I left her a long detailed explanation of my experience but NOBODY called me back.
