While shopping for a new HVAC system we were amazed by the “WOW” factor in the customer service recently received by Fusion Plumbing and Air AZ. Their office and field teams have been friendly, professional, prompt, and courteous. A special shout out to Daniel and Quincy, we call them” the dynamic duo”. They listened to our concerns and answered our many questions. After their thorough inspection of our home, the two provided detailed information, options, scope of work to be done during installation. When we received the quote we found it very reasonable which included exceptional warranties and many “special guarantees”. Follow up review coming after installation is completed.

Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating inspected my heat pump in April 2013, 14, and 16 to ensure that it was ready to go for summer. I was very happy with the service and had a great experience. In April 2017 I had a coupon for another company and decided to use them for the inspection. The other company's technician assured me that everything looked good and the amount of refrigerant was just fine.

Well, during the June 2017 heat wave, I noticed a few things. The heat pump just wasn't cooling the house enough on Tues, Weds, and Thurs. Then on Friday morning, water began dripping from an upstairs air register, and the fan stopped blowing air through my house at 6pm that evening. I was so worried that it wouldn't be fixed until Monday at the earliest.

Ron answered my call at 6:15pm on Friday evening and assured me that he would be able to come by on Saturday. He showed up before noon, promptly diagnosed the issue (insufficient refrigerant, resulting in the evaporator coil freezing and poor airflow from the blower) and we had cold air blowing from the registers in about an hour. The price was extremely fair and reasonable.

After this recent experience, I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you Ron for giving me my weekend back!

We bought a brand new system with Goettl two years ago. In less than 2 months our brand new system was broken and needed a replacement. The next summer the Ac went out again. Today our ac went out again. A nice Technician came out and fixed it. I sure didn't pay over $16,000 for a new system to break down every summer. The technician is great, service is fine, the unit itself is awful.
