Best Broken Sump Pump in Tucson AZ

Had a very bad experience with the company today, I would not recommend this company. Did not provide an accurate quote, and customer service from the office is very poor. Stated they would call me back with a resolution, never returned the call. Very Unprofessional.

I called Roto-Rooter needing service for two bathrooms in my office. The dispatch did a good job communicating expectations on when they would arrive. When they did arrive, both John and James were professional, listened to my concerns, and explained what might be the cause. They didn't try to oversell the problem, or make it seem worse than it was and try to tack on other services. They were clean, did the job they needed to do and we're able to articulate what they found and how the warranty worked for the services performed. All in all, I appreciated both John and James and would recommend Roto-Rooter to other commercial/residential clients.
