Best AC Maintenance in Tucson AZ

From the initial call with Tiffany in the office to the communication with our technician Jake, they showed outstanding professionalism and customer service.
Jake was on time and did a very clean, quick and thorough job with the repair needed. When needed, Fusion will have a return customer and I highly recommend them.

They cancelled a critical gas job without notifying us, after having collected payment information and scheduling the date. When we called on the day of no-show, they claimed they could not reach us, but two different people whose phones were provided had no record of missed calls or any messages. They offered to reschedule two weeks later, even though they knew we had been without gas, hot water and heat for two weeks already. When I asked to talk to a supervisor they said he was in the field, and they would get back to me that day, and they never did! (We provided two more phone numbers that day). All this happened the week before Christmas, and we are now at risk of not having hot water and heat for the holidays. If zero stars was an option, I'd give that rating.

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! Words don't do justice to the work the crew did on both a personal and professional level. One couldn't ask for anything else. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. They need to expand to electrical work as well! Thank you RAM plumbing?
