Cummings replaced our water heater that failed. I called Cummings as soon as I noticed that the water heater had failed and was causing flooding. Jake came within a 20 minutes of my call to assess the problem. Within an hour following his visit, Jason and a colleague arrived to drain and remove the existing water heater and install a new one. Everyone, from Sue, who handled our request at the office...to Jake...to Jason and his colleague, was professional and knowledgeable.
