Best A/C System Dismantlement in Tucson AZ

Took 3 days to get a plumber here. He said they would send him a part while we waited, then said they would have to order it and it would take two days. Part came six days later. Plumber struggled for an hour and was unable to install the flush valve so he left the parts and toilet lid on the floor and told me to find someone else. Since my handyman had installed the identical part in an identical toilet without difficulty for half the cost, I’ll get him to come and finish the job. All in all, a dismal experience and I will never use this company again.

I had a lot of work done all in one day. Complete HVAC install and new water heater. Luis and Adrian (HVAC installers) were professional, informative, and got everything installed, tested, and running in a timely fashion. They were also awesome to converse with while they worked. John and Adrian (Plumbing) also were in and out in no time. Had water heater drained and swapped in a couple of hours. John had a lot of knowledge and was very personable. Definitely recommend this group.

Angela did an excellent job. She was fast and efficient and explored all the possibilities before deciding what the likely problem was. In the future I will be calling Rite Way and asking for her by name!
