Best Plumbing Service in Tucson AZ

We have several gas leaks in 2 furnaces and a water heater that were discovered by Southwest Gas late on a Friday afternoon. The gas company turned off the gas to our home until we fixed the leaks. We are senior citizens and it is nearly freezing every evening. I called Plumb Plumbing's on-call technician (they advertise 24/7 availability). The technician told me that our problem was not an emergency and that we needed to try to coordinate a time next week for their staff and SW Gas to be at our home at the same time. (It had taken several days to get SW Gas to come out, and of course they only gave us a 4 hour window). When I told the tech that I felt that he was unreasonable, he said he needed to speak with his supervisor about coming out, although he had no other calls in his queue and we were willing to pay the emergency fees. He would not give me his supervisor's name, said he didn't want to deal with my stress, and hung the phone up on me. Very,
very poor customer service. I guess they don't want or need business.

Juan Garcia is amazing. We were in a bind. He helped us last minute and fast! Great and easy communication. Fair price. Fair service. Fixed our water heater (cold water only) within 40 minutes. We will always hope to get him now. He is the best!

I am a Realtor and see a lot of different contractors. Desert Star in EXCELLENT. I used them on another property yesterday. The seller's HVAC contractor told me the HVAC was fine on a house my client was buying. I had a feeling that it wasn't working because the heat took forever coming out. I called Fernan with Desert Star for help ASAP. He came out and confirmed that the unit was not working. He did a couple of fixes and the unit worked perfect!!!! The buyer was so happy!

Not only can high quality work be counted on at a reasonable and fair price but I have no doubt that their experienced tradesman have skills that other competitors may not always have. When challenged with difficult unexpected plumbing issues that required repair and/or innovative work-around they preserved and fixed things when others may have required significant and costly demolition to even attempt a repair. The technicians also watch out for the customer by identifying potential issues that may require attention at the time. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with fixture placement in one bathroom and all necessary work was redone at no cost so that I was 100% happy at the end. Very friendly and professional. I'll always use them!
