I called Saturday and the gentleman said someone would be out on that next Monday at 10a to give us an estimate on the hot water heater. No one called me and when I called them back after 10a on Monday they said I was scheduled for the following Monday. She then worked to have someone come out. They came out and told us we needed a new hot water heater (which was true it was really old) but quoted us a ridiculous number to replace. We declined and went with another plumber who supplied the water heater and replaced it with a 6 year warranty for less than half of what rotto quoted us. They are very nice and professional I just wish their prices were more reasonable.

Sergio is the consummate professional. I first utilized him a few years ago when we came home from a weekend away to a flooded bathroom. He came out right away and was quickly able to address the issue. Each time he is thorough, directly addresses the issue at hand and is clear about what future issues may be. He is trustworthy, very reasonable in price, and I recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber. You will not find someone better.

I have put off writing this review because I was afraid people would think I was paid to write it...that's how good Plumb Plumbing is. Several months ago SW Gas moved my meter from my neighbor's driveway to the side of my house, in the process they cut off gas to one side of my house. A contractor friend rigged a good temporary fix and I got an estimate from one of Tucson's better known plumbing contractors: that sent me into a deep depression. A few months later SW Gas decided to leak-test my system--it's a fifty year old house so everything leaks--and subsequently shut off my gas, that was on a Wednesday. The same day I called Plumb Plumbing to get an estimate. Joey came out early the next morning and we went over where and how I wanted the new gas lines run. Unlike the competition, his attitude was: You know what you want and it's code, we'll do it . On Friday they had an estimate for me, on Monday they started work, Tuesday afternoon they were finished. They put the new lines exactly where I wanted them at LESS THAN HALF what their competition quoted me. It took for Pima County and SW Gas longer to do their re-inspection than it took Plumb Plumbing to do the whole job. Need I say more.

They were super professional and kind. The plumber came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered! I am forever grateful to them for helping me out. Not to mention they offer fair prices compared to the other company I had hired.

These guys were the only ones willing to show up when others would not. Yeah even the ones who advertise all over the radio and have huge billboards were not willing to show up until the next day. From the owner on the phone (Luis) to the tech (Juan) these guys are professional and are good people. I've already recommended them to friends and we will only use them for all our a/c and plumbing needs. Thank you guys for showing up and for making sure everything was working properly before leaving our home.

called for a sewer gas smell in my guest bathroom,had two other companies come out telling me i needed to power wash the lines, well matt peaked around and found that p-trap had just been dry, since he came and let me know run water ever so often so it wouldn’t dry out, the smell has since been gone. thank you to mr.matt
