Our specialist, Mr. Jesus, was professional beyond reproach as well as very accommodating in all our requests and inquiries. He took his time explaining to my husband and I what had happened to our AC and provided us with preventative actions for increased maintenance. Overall, I enjoyed how immediate the service was from Alaskan Air but the $129 service fee can be a bit daunting especially if you're not sure if your AC or other appliance is truly in any need of major service. One recommendation I do have is in the current telephone receptionist...she was very condescending over the phone and refused to give us a notice of when our specialist was supposed to arrive. The closest we got was they should be here around 12-3 pm from their previous site. Unlike Mr. Jesus, she was not helpful.
