Honestly don’t know how this company has so many positive ratings . They are careless & rude unprofessional and unexperienced and do not care about there customers.This company needs to train everyone on how to be professional and greet your customers and introduce there selfs & to show empathy even if they deep inside don’t feel it or don’t like there job & how not to talk down on your other co workers as well because that makes them look very unprofessional . I read there website and it said they charge a flat rate fee then the guy we had came out said he would charge per hour plus the estimate that they had already gave us no one never explain that to us either they overcharge or these guys are trying to make side money for themselves either way I strongly do not recommend this company at all & I will never get service from there again . They say they provide good service that there professional and what not and honestly that’s all a big lie .Seriously if there was star ratings for negative feedback I would select them all . You guys want quality service and people who actually care and want to get the job done I strongly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air !

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

Saturday. Had a leak in the front yard of a rental unit that turned out to be a corroded galvanized pipe. The plumber guessed that the line could be eliminated and a hose bib installed on the line coming from the house.

Turned out the line that he installed the hose bib on is connected directly to the hot water heater. And the fix eliminated hot water service to the kitchen sink.

Cost: $137

Called the plumber back, and I was told that nothing more can be done because it's the weekend and that he would have a supervisor call me on Monday and will come out to fix the problem.

Note: Plumber complained multiple times about having to work weekends and how is done with it, and bragged about over charging customers on Sundays even though the company tells him not to because his time is valuable.

Monday. I called Southern Arizona Plumbing and was informed that they had no notes for Supervisor to come out. Scheduled the Supervisor visit myself.

Supervisor arrived for the appointment, assessed the situation, but performed no repairs. Was told that he would be back the next day with a Plumber.

Tuesday. The Supervisor's sole recommended solution was to tap into an already incorrectly run pex pipe outside and feed the branched line back into the house, behind the cabinets, to the kitchen sink.

Note: I was informed that this fix was a stop gap and that Southern Arizona Plumbing would not warranty their work.

Plumber then left to pick up supplies, leaving us there for well over an hour.

Upon the Plumber's return, we were informed that the Supervisor was leaving and the Plumber would take about an hour and a half to finish the job.

I informed the plumber that we (my wife and I) had to run some local errands and would return in about an hour and to call if he needed us. The Plumber was left with the tenants.

When we returned, the Plumber was driving away from the residence, noticed us, then stopped. When asked he agreed to show us the completed work. From the branch point, a hole was drilled through the masonry, then between the oven, in front of the cabinet, fed into the cabinet to the supply line. I was informed that the cabinet door can no longer open fully because the pipe is now in the way.

Cost: $525

All work is explained and reviewed to make sure what uou ask has been done. That's above and beyond typical customer service offered by similar businesses.
