I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

Pipe Doctor is the best in town.... immediate call back... response time less than 1 hour... great demeanor... very caring... had the problem figured out and a solution very quickly.... discussed the different options thoroughly...were able to start on the job immediately...I can't say enough about the team at Pipe Doctor and how knowledgable and caring they are to help quickly when an emergency happens!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any plumbing needs!!!

Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

Doug is top-notch. He has been my service technician for years & as long as he's in the business, he will be my heating & air guy. Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & A/C was a pleasure to deal with, from making the appointment, to communicating before & after the appointment. Appointment window was spot-on & Doug even gave a 1/2 ETA call. Rates are very fair & service is quality. All around very satisfied with this company.

Fred has been coming by once per year since i bought my home in 2018 to clean the tree roots out of my sewer. He always answers his phone, and is very flexible with scheduling appointments. Able Master has exceeded my expectations every time at a VERY fair cost. I would highly recommend contacting them for your sewer and drain needs.

Outstanding Company. Bryan and Matthew came out within an our of my call. My drain was clogged and flooding in my basement....They got her, found the clean out and fixed the issue. Reasonable and professional!!! The lady that answered the phone was pleasant and professional. I can not say enough good things about this company!!
