I literally never write reviews but I am so appreciative of this company that I had to! Our drain clogged and started filling our basement up with sewage water, and they were able to get out and help us quicker than expected, they had affordable prices, and the workers were very kind and did a great job explaining what they were doing, what we can do as preventative measures, etc. I will never use another plumbing company again because of how easy it was with Drain masters and because of how good of customer service that they had. Thank you guys!!

Go anywhere else they charged $1500 for 3 hours work. $500 an hour?

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
