John and his partner (and son) did a great job. Courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. We had issues with our sump pump, likely the result of a collapsed/blocked clay pipe. The result was water in our basement, and a strange pulsating mass (water beneath the lawn) in our front yard. We made an emergency phone call LATE at night and ASAP came to the rescue. We were quoted a very reasonable price, and the work was done efficiently later that week. John was patient in explaining everything, and was also able to accommodate an additional last-minute request to fix something unrelated. Fickwood was amazing, The cost was very reasonable. The installer was on time, did very professional work and was very friendly. I am very extremely satisfied and will be using them for any plumbing needs.
