They charged me $350 to change out a $20 capacitor. And $350 for an inexpensive switch. Although the service tech was a nice guy, I won’t use them again. And yes, to whomever responds to these with a negative response… I am in your system, because I have an invoice with your name on it that I’m looking at right now.

The 10 year warranty I bought in my $13000 units is also worthless because apparently they bought out the prior company and it’s not being honored.

Very quick in their response to our water heater need. They went the distance in verifying that it was under warranty and installed the new water heater promptly without any hassle at all on our end. Thank you!

I just had them install a water softner for me. This is a great family owned business. What's important to me is, I can't wait around for the plumber to show up. I was able to hide a key and they did the work while I was able to do my work. There just really nice honest people.
