He even tried to get name of my insurance company because he wanted to sell the clean up service that they use. They must get some sort of kickback or something. When I told him that $1000 was my cap he told me that his manager(boss) authorized to waive all other charges except the $1200 hydro jetting. And on average hydro jetting costs are $300-$500 unless EXTREME circumstance can go to $1000. But wait there's more. They figured they could gouge me for more money when they offer their services to fix pipe because of possible root infiltration. So that would've been another 5k possibly. Yes, I look young and live in an upper class neighborhood but that doesn't mean you can act like a predator. STAY AWAY from this so called business.
