Even with the leaking pipe,the guys who came out told me not to worry they would take care of it....and they did thank ASAP

Professional, helpful, responsive. However, I was charged $650 for an “Electronic Leak Detection,” which I was told (and is explained in my invoice) would allow them to find the correct manifold without having to cut holes in drywall all across the house. When they showed up there was no special equipment, and 5 exploratory holes in the drywall later I received the bill that said I was paying for a service I didn’t receive.
Good experience otherwise, but if I just wanted to have someone come and take a handful of educated guesses as to what’s behind my walls, I could have saved a lot of money elsewhere.

We used City Wide for a commercial job. Not only were they professional and polite on the phone, but they were able to get everything taken care of same day. The whole experience was fabulous and I will definitely use them again, as well as refer.
