We had our septic backing up into our shower. We had the septic tank emptied but after running water from the house nothing was draining into the septic. My husband called Relief Services and from start to finish they were very pleasant and professional to work with. Thank you to Javier for working so hard to solve and fix the problem.

Earlier today, the drains in our house began to back up while my husband was taking a shower. Shortly after realizing this was way beyond my husband and I's scope of repairs, we immediately called Alvarez Plumbing. They had an amazing technician, Chris, at our home within the hour. Chris was incredibly professional and clean. He advised us of what it would cost and also potentially cost if we ran into some issues. He had our plumbing fixed within 2 hours of arriving. We are so thankful for him and for Alvarez. We have used them prior for AC repairs and have always been happy with their service. Chris saved our day and week with his quick and competent repairs. Israel got here on time, was very polite and did a great job at repairing the busted pipe and patiently waited to make sure it worked fine before he left. Thank you Israel for making my water work again! :) Also the lady Jill I believe is her name , was awesome at making sure Israel was properly scheduled and I was available. Overall a great company.

They do so much more than just ac repair. I had a gas water heater replaced last week. They had me up and running in no time. Everything about the install was great!

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
