I would give 10 stars if I could. We had bought a new home and the water heater went out, not only did they inspect it the same day, they installed in just a few days with better price than anyone else on the inside of our garage.

I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER PLUMBING EXPERIENCE! MARK, THE PLUMBER THAT CAME TO MY RESCUE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT. HE WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB.

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

Daniel came to our home to investigate plumbing issues found on our inspection report. He was quick diagnose the real problems and wasn't hesitant to tell me what didn't need to be done at this time. It was obvious that Daniel was much more interested in lifelong satisfied clients than trying to make a quick buck from an unknowing homeowner.

EDIT: We recently had the TBP team out for SAME DAY service on our water heater. They quickly and professionally replaced our unit with a new one for a great price; The wonderful experiences continue!

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.
