I actually posted this on Yelp the day you visited on 09/30 but it was stuck in limbo.

Love-love-love this company! This was my 3rd attempt at scheduling a plumber. First two companies scheduled the appointment and after I used vacation days for both appointments they cancelled an hour before they were supposed to show up. Called TCP and the person I spoke with was awesome. Kind and compassionate. She reassured me they would show. Called on Monday afternoon late and had an appointment for Thursday which was perfectly acceptable as these were non-emergency repairs. They did everything as promised. Showed up on time - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and the pricing was fair and reasonable. I will never use another plumber again. You made a customer for life! Thank you for understanding the art of great customer service.

Had a dual kitchen sink keep backing up. Tried snaking it myself, but it didn't work. Alvarez came out and fixed it for me - a little pricey but it was a weekend visit - That said, the tech was super professional and a huge help. I've used Alvarez before, and will continue to do so.

We are new to the area and you can imagine our surprise from our first 3 nights being plagued with 1st floor flooding across the entire area. Roto Rooting did an amazing job of coming on site in a quickmanor to help resolve the flooding issue from our guest bathroom along with the water restoration and clean up crew to sanitize and help us have a healthy and safe living space again. We are very thankful for Kadija and her team for getting us back on track to a smooth transition in our move. HIGHLY recommend this team and business 🙏🏽

John was excellent! He came out at night to fix a clogged drain that flooded my bathroom. He was professional, curtious and explained everything in a way that us non-plumbers could understand.
