Chill guy, arrived in an hour like he said, and repaired both of our showers in a solid 15 minutes.

Salazar pick up the phone before hours and talked me through my issue letting me know it was non-emergency and he knew exactly what was happening. He then fit me into his schedule for the day. All the while keeping me posted on his progress. He came in the afternoon and promptly took care, taking a terrible situation where we had no water and becoming my hero. He was professional, but also extremely friendly and educated me and my father-in-law on the issues in case we encounter again in the future. Trouble with your water softener and clogged lines?
