I am very satisfied with them. The most recent job they've helped me with was a tricky water leak. Chris worked carefully and deliberately, and took his time to investigate the root cause over several days. What looked like an expensive leak from a pipe inside a wall turned out to be a much simpler shower drain issue. Chris' careful approach saved me a ton of money and unnecessary work. It was a pleasure communicating with Chris throughout the process. I will be pleased to work with them again in the future.

They installed a Scalebalster (Water Conditioner) in our garage near the hot water tank. They also previously installed the Water Heater with the Expansion Tank.

They were both punctual and professional. They not only educated me on the what the problem may be but also gave me tips on what to do to prevent any further plumbing problems in the near or distant future. All in all great experience.
