My wife and I have now utilized Zach’s Plumbing out of Riverview Florida on two occasions in the last two weeks. The first time was an absolute emergency when our drain to the street backed up and made it impossible for us to use any bathroom, or anything in the house that would cause water to enter a drain. We called all the “big” companies and after contacting “answering services” that promise four hour service; we were told they could not get here for at least 24 hours. We were blessed that a neighbor posted that they recently had some work done by Zach’s Plumbing, and not only was their work very HIGH QUALITY but very reasonably priced. My wife called the number provided to us, and the call was answered on a Sunday Afternoon by Jacob, who is the actual Plumber, not an answering service who makes excuses of why they can’t get to your emergency in less than 24 hours. Jacob of Zach’s Plumbing was at our house as promised within ONE hour and the drain was cleared within ten minutes. I will also mention that this was done on a Sunday, in a little over an hour, at an absolute fraction of the cost of the big companies making the empty promise of a four hour response.
