Charles Kruse and Sean could not have been more professional, polite or effective. I was recommended to this office of Roto-Rooter by a family friend who works with them commercially and we're fortunate to have had the recommendation. We had a fairly complicated flush ceiling mounted rain shower system with 3 body jets and hand spray installed in our walk in shower. It was a 2-3 day project that was done with care and obvious know-how. Some small adjustments needed to be made after we noticed them day 1 after install when using the new shower. Charles was quick to reach out and had Sean come back to fine tune everything and now the shower is 100% perfect and couldn't be more luxurious.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serious job to be handled by serious professionals.
