Had the greatest experience with Mike and Cole. I can’t say enough nice things about Cole, nicest most down to earth guy. Very knowledge and quality of workmanship was excellent. Mike was able to send Cole out within the hour and the job was done just as fast. If you need some help give Mike a call you won’t be disappointed.

Mark worked 16 hours and then got my call for a leaking toilet; he was efficient and neat, but most of all he was kind to me. I was devastated by the water leak. The whole team felt my frustration and even their wives empathized with me. Tim followed up with a courtesy call to check on my well being. I trust this team with my whole heart. I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbing at 11:30am because my water heater was leaking. They arrived promptly for their appointment at 2:30pm and we're finished by 4:30 - all same day. They were courteous, professional, efficient and cleaned up the area in which they were working. Excellent service!

Extremely disappointed. We had 3 pipe bibbs that needed replacing. Two people showed up and completed the job and handed us a bill. They were at our house for a very short time but we were charged a significant amount. I’m very disappointed we were not told the costs up front before work was done. Then one of the items burst through the night and water was shooting all over the house. The owner called and apologized and said they would be out right away as we had to shut off the water. We then got a call back that they wouldn’t be out until the afternoon. My husband fixed the issue in the meantime since we have kids at home and needed water. The owner was then not willing to credit anything on the bill for the time, effort, or headache this caused. Just a minimal credit would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this company.
