Best Boilers in Tampa FL
I’m torn with Cass Plumbing. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re looking for prompt, friendly, professional & clean/quality work than Cass is a great choice. However, my concern is you will be way overcharged for a simple fix. I had issues with two toilets. One toilet they replaced the wax seal located under the toilet. I priced this part (Lowe’s & Home Depot) and this appears to be an extremely inexpensive part and the labor was maybe 10 minutes. My second toilet needed a new flapper as well as another part located in the tank, this fixed the strong water pressure & running of water when flushed. Again pretty inexpensive parts and labor less than 10 minutes. My cost $400! Seems a little high to me and it’s hard not to feel taken advantage of just a little. Don’t get me wrong, I agreed as I needed my toilets fixed and well I guess it was convenient when you have the people onsite & prepared to fix. Companies know customers will pay for convenience and they charge as such, lesson learned. I would recommend Cass, however, I strongly recommend you get a 2nd opinion/estimate. I’d certainly would feel better if I saw an itemized receipt of the parts & labor. Thank you
