I had called two separate plumbers to analyze my issue. One wanting to tear my floors up to remedy the issue. The other said I would have to contact someone else because a camera was needed because he could not unclog the pipes. A friend recommended I call Trenchlesss. The guys were extremely nice, well mannered and professional. They figured out the issue. I won’t lie, it was complicated. But these guys figured out the way to fix the problem without having to tear up my floors. They took two days to completely resolve the issue, recommended and made some installations to avoid a future issue and when I braced myself for the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t say enough positive remarks about these guys. I highly recommend them, and I rarely will take the time to leave a review. Very happy guy here.

I was extremely lucky to have stumbled over Williams Plumbing on Google. From the first phone call I was amazed at the quality of your customer service. Larry came to my house quickly and went above and beyond to help me with a clogged clean out. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to fix it and recommend hydro jetting the line. So I called for a second appointment (Katie was awesome as well) and Tye was sent out, who also was also quick to respond. Everything was explained throughly by both Technicians and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I will be using Williams from now on! Thank You!!

Technicians were friendly and work was completed. The office was trying to charge me for the service even though the service was covered by my warranty company. They even called and threaten to send me to the credit bureau. It seems as if there was a discrepancy in communication and contract agreement with them and the warranty company. I was not happy. It was a two day ordeal that could have been avoided. The office customer service was horrible.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Highly recommend.

I highly recommend John from Big Ocean Plumbing. I chose him based on other recommendations (after calling Atomic 4 weeks ago and they did not fix the issue, but certainly tried to upsell me to a $1200 job) and he was amazing. He called me back promptly and was at my house less than two hours later on a Friday! He fixed our issues, was very reasonable in his pricing, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The search is over. I have finally found our plumber!

I do not recommend. Took them a week to install 3 toilets. One was delayed a week so they could raise the flange, and that meant going under the house and took 2 people. All fine with me, right thing to do. Got 2 invoices, first one for install of 3 toilets, but they had only done 2. Next invoice was for the under-house work, plus installing 1 toilet.

So to net it out, I was billed for installation of 4 toilets, I only have 3 bathrooms. Called to get it fixed, they said they could change the invoices so the number of toilets equaled 3, but price would not be reduced.

Used them 3 times in the last year, but no more. They were recommended by a friend, I will tell them and anyone else that asks.

Big shoutout for Stephanie who was HONEST with me and said her technicians were busy and no one would be available until Friday.

Do Not Call! I gave 1 stars because the service and Serviceman was great. Senior 'PREDATORY PRICING'.$329 and I paid CASH! We called Saturday morning, not Sunday, not a Holiday! Never even entered the house! Parked in front of the clean-out access, walked 25 feet plugged his rooter in outside outlet on porch, unscrewed the cap and rootered through a 2 foot root clog DONE! 30-40 MIN TOPS! Including unloading/loading rooter equipment and waiting for the bill! When he told me the price I almost fell down!! I even had him call back to explain how simple it was please reconsider I'm a Sr and paying cash! We're on Social Security, this wasn't a small pain. Really Sorry we called.

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
