Brian installed a new shower head for me, and removed the old rain shower head. Brian was most courteous and friendly. He needed the wall to shower head pipe so he left to go get one from one of Cass's sippy warehouses. He was gone for about 15 to 20 minutes. Upon his return he completed the installation. I had a coupon for $75 off my next plumbing issue from Cass and used it for the installation charge. Cass is a great plumbing company for service and quality of work. I will use them again. Thanks Brian for a job well done!

I've used Rahn Plumbing one time this past week. I won't call anyone else going forward. It was a pleasure calling his office setting appointments with Robin Paul's wife. Paul is totally skilled and very personable.

Jerry is the first person I run too for any of our plumbing needs. He is timely and professional. Not only is Jerry knowledgeable of the field he more often than not will break down what happen, what’s going on and what he is doing to fix it so if it’s a simple issue you are able to tend to it in the future. I cannot recommend him more!

I had a simple kitchen drain clog. I paid over $360 for this company to do nothing but run a snake through my kitchen pipe ( which I had already removed for them) the clog was back in about 1 week later. They came out a second time and ran the same snake through the same pipe(never going on the roof to run the snake) and 1 week later the clog became worst because what they did was cause a blockage with my washer which runs on the same drain. They never fixed my problem and I had to call another company who came out and fixed my problem from the roof. Everyday wanted me to pay an additional $250 to run a camera through my pipes But that would do nothing for the clog. I feel robbed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Refreshing to have a company actually show up and do good quality work and stick to the price they quoted. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Totally unethical, borderline hostile employees. Last Summer, Kohler dispatched a representative from this company to diagnose problems with our DTV shower module that was less than six months old and still under warranty. The guy -- who seemed like he was on a prison work release program -- spent less than 10 minutes staring at the module like it was a quantum physics equation. We escorted him out with no intention of using him, and he later sent us a quote for over $2k to fix a product that was STILL under warranty. We called Kohler to complain, and they then dispatched Crown Plumbing who diagnosed and fixed the issue with no problems (under warranty). For the 11 months since, they call us constantly to pay their trip charge even though we have tried OVER AND OVER again to explain this was a warranty visit. Now they are threatening to send us to collections. I called Kohler and they apologized, and confirmed that this was under warranty. I suggested they remove this company from their certified dealers list and would caution anyone against getting involved with them.

I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.

We were without water for days waiting for our property management to get someone out to fix our plumbing issue. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Mark from this company. He was very professional and well mannered and also provided us with plenty of information on the situation and did a great job. Very nice and respectful, we would definitely use this company again. Well recommended.
