This company saved me thousands!

I came home from vacation to find my home flooded because of my old cast iron pipes. I called John and he had someone out there to take out the water and remove the damaged material. At this point I knew I had to replace my old pipes. He mentioned trenchless sewer lines repairs but I had never heard of it so I got quotes from other companies for normal replacement. All of the quotes were so much money and took weeks to actually do. So I called John again and got a quote from him and we got started. He was done with the job within 3 days and it was cool to see how the process was done. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends and family.

We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.

Professional & Courteous Service ! Our hot water heater started leaking, While our garage door was broken (Of all the luck right ?!!) We checked around and found Chuck's Plumbing was charging the going rate for replacement hot water heaters, We used them because they have Great Google Reviews !

Then we experienced first hand the reason they have Great Google Reviews ... When they disconnected the old water heater they were going to move it out to their truck, We apologized as we informed them our garage door was broken and they had to take it through our house out the front door.

The slab our house was built on is about 3 inches higher than the garage floor (Guess they do that incase the hot water heater leaks, HaHa). Without hesitation they moved the old water through our house on a two wheel dolly, A distance about three times as far compared to if they were able to take it straight out the garage door. Not to mention the water heater was heavy because they couldn't drain all the water out !

The service was Courteous and Professional ! And they didn't charge us extra to maneuver the old water heater through our house.

Relocating washer and dryer- Did not complete initial service. Did not install the dryer vent, then they said it wasn’t part of the job. Refused to complete the job. Poor workmanship with the work they did. We are very unsatisfied.

Be careful with this guy he is a crook his name is Tony Castro dark skin Spanish and English this guy does a lot of cocaine and has a gun in the under his seat of the truck of the van report this been very violent
