Called yesterday for routine maintenance and had a tech out today. Carlos was professional and by far the friendliest AC person I’ve ever encountered. He completed general maintenance efficiently and quickly. He took the air handler apart to inspect and provided basic education when I asked questions. I will certainly use B&B for any future maintenance needs and won’t hesitate to use for repairs or replacement in the future if needed!

Employees are super friendly and repair person David and his assistant both very respectful and they wore masks the whole time. They got the job done so quick They were in and out and problem solved. Thank you pro plumbing services on a job well done.

I love Peninsular Plumbing .. As a women all there techs have treated me with nothing but the up most respect. They have always fixed my problems the first time. All there techs were uniforms ,shoe covers, and always clean up after theirself. The Solar water heater and water softner has been the BEST.. If you use them you I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT.

The office communicated effectively when the rep would arrive by email and phone. A pic of the rep was emailed for safety purposes. Bobby was friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem right and gave us a few options for other things he saw that needed attention. No hesitation in recommending Chuck's Plumbing. Ask for Bobby! He deserves a raise. :)
