Felix R did a great job with the service on 9/22. We needed to replace 14 water shutoff valves through out the house. It was a HUGE job. Felix was knowledgable, friendly, courteous and experienced with this type of work. He was able to fix all 14 valves, was professional and cleaned up after all of the work. He worked to bring our cost down quite a bit since it was expensive. We appreciate his hard work, his dedication to his craft, caring for the customer and overall excellent service!

MVP plumbing was the best choice we made for our bathrooms renewal. They installed toilets, vanity with sink, tub, and tub to shower conversion. Will definitely recommend this guys for all your plumbing needs!

Jason was very professional. Where I suspected a leak there was not one. He went above and beyond to determine possible water coming from outside sprinkler system.

- Plumber contacted by me and set up appointment with tenant to service leaking toilet valve. Following day completed service as scheduled, with tenant reporting professionalism and promptness with plumber paid same day for work completed.

- Tenant reports that valve set too low and float not adjustable far enough to completely flush toilet.

- Plumber contacted 2 times to fix work, first time no showed on tenant. 2nd time ghosted tenant and stopped answering phone.

- Had to facetime with tenant and instruct them on how to uninstall, adjust valve to correct height, reinstall valve, and adjust float. This would have taken a plumber like 5 minutes.
