Best Toilet Issues in Stockton CA

I've used Valice Plumbing several times. They did the sewer line inspection for our home, they rerouted our water and electrical lines for installing a kitchen island, AND they did the finish work for the island (installed sink, disposal, and dishwasher). Man, they can just do it all. They are very responsive and a breeze to work with. I'll be calling Valice when I need any plumbing work done.

After reading the great reviews I was looking forward to talking with this company in hopes that they could help me with my plumbing problem. Unfortunately I never got a call back after leaving a message.

I would like to say first and foremost they were very friendly showed up basically on time and honored their quote. However we had toilet upstairs that was not flushing properly they sent out a rep, he ran the snake down the toilet a few times said it was clear and nothing was blocking the flow, yet the toilet was still not flushing properly. They said it was a poor brand American Standard and to replace it for $750 with the manufacturer they recommended.

I knew in my mind it was not the toilet as it was recently replaced. Another service came out and cleared the issue with a chemical treatment of the water. Freitas should be just as knowledgeable about issues as this company was.

Javier is amazing! I have a large 42,000sf building I manage in French Camp, CA and we have had a ton of plumbing issues lately. He has come to our rescue more times then I can count and even went and serviced one of our other offices in Modesto. He knows his stuff, is super friendly and will make sure the job gets done right! I would recommend this company a thousand times! I was absolutely blow away by the response time I had after reaching out to set up a sink install and repair on my running toilet.
